After-School Program Strives to Kick It Up a Notch

This IAFE United program aims to introduce soccer to students to make them aware of the sport and the benefits of participating. It will create equality in a sport that seems to have been closed off for underrepresented students.

Kindergarten through 5th grade students can participate after school; on the pitch is the perfect place for these youth.

In addition to skill building, there’s an integrated approach to academic achievement and social responsibility.

Short- and long-term goals are defined and metrics are monitored to show the benefits of student success.

Partnership with the American Youth Soccer Organization (AYSO) allows students to compete with others in the community.
